• Job Details:- Designing economic experiments using various experiments’ software. - Designing surveys and questionnaires using the proper software. - Collecting primary data using lab-in-the-field techniques. - Collecting primary data executing lab experiments at partner universities in Germany, Jordan and Tunisia. - Planning, designing and conducting field experiments in Syrian refugee camps in Germany and Jordan (Zaatari refugee camp). - Planning, designing and conducting field experiments with Syrian refugee children in Lebanon. - Planning, designing and conducting field experiments with Jordanian minorities within Jordanian NGOs. - Analyzing data and survey questions from the field and the lab experiments. - Preparing datasets and codebooks for various projects. - Co-authoring and publishing of scientific papers. - Creating policy reports. - Participation and presentation of academic work in local (Germany) and international conferences (Egypt, UAE, Tunisia and Lebanon) - Teaching the seminars "Behavioral Economics" and "Microeconomics for Law and Economics" at partner universities in Egypt and Tunisia. - Planning and execution of conferences, seminars and workshops. - Establishment and expansion of communications structures between the Institute of Law and Economics of the University of Hamburg and the affiliated partner universities. - Supporting the composition and drafting of applications for project funding (third-party funding).

• Job Details:- Conducted new and continuous registration interviews with asylum seekers and refugees of different nationalities, gender and age groups. - Updated registration data in UNHCR’s database and assist in analysing the profiles of those registered. - Conducted research on the countries of origin and captured the asylum claims of those registered. - Identified and monitored the situation of individuals with specific needs according to UNHCR standard operating procedures. - Attended persons of concern in the reception area, including responding to queries, managing the gate, providing counselling on UNHCR services and scheduling appointments.
