Employee Relations (Support Function) • Review required employment documents, contracts and social insurance forms. • Supervise the enrollment process of employees in the social insurance authority. • Supervise applications, termination, medical approvals and claims. • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed. • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations. • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval. • Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements. • Support the managers with best ways possible to solve any current or future issue/challenge between them and one of their team members. • Receiving employees’ complaints, conduct investigation and solve their issues or the challenges they’re facing at the work place.
