• Job Details:Predicting the demand for materials based on consumptions for both Imported and local material to ensure they can be delivered and meet what we need and balance between having sufficient inventory levels without having a surplus. Manage the rolling forecast for imported items and handle containers shipping dates with foreign suppliers. Interact with operation, marketing teams & analyze the consumption progress in order to take necessary actions and achieve the planed target. Coordinate the new launches process by working closely with marketing,operation&purchasing. Execute the MRP supply recommendations for raw materials and packaging components (Imported and Local) and generation Purchasing Orders Ensuring the goods (Materials/ Beverage) Cover Stores needs Coordinate with other departments (operation-purchasing -quality-marketing) to ensure the implementation of all ongoing production plans. Coordination with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure smooth flow of products in and out of the facilities. Send and follow up monthly Near Expiry report to Operation and Marketing Team Send and follow up the RCCP Report . Send and follow up the OOS Report. Monitoring stock levels in order to avoid out of stock or overstock and work along with Operation and purchasing to minimize it in accordance with the best business practices and company objective.

• Job Details:• Manage Current and long term forecast projections to drive Production and inventory planning goals. • Create sales prediction or forecast by using simple linear regression technique based on collecting sales history in order to trading off with sales target and calculate the forecast accuracy. • Developing the zero-loss journey master plan for inventory • Receive the yearly/quarterly sales forecast and export yearly to prepare the production plan taking into consideration the available lines capacity and the available stock of finished goods and raw/packaging material • Leader of the S&OP meeting to determine the sales target, calculate needs and communicate the result /impacts with all related parties. • Interact with sales, marketing teams & analyze the sales progress in order to take necessary actions and achieve the planed target. • Prepare the yearly/monthly budget based on sales forecast(Local & Export) and targeted stock levels. • Prepare the Yearly/monthly production plan and Workers • Coordinate the new products lauches process by working closely with marketing,Production&purchasing. • Ensure MRP on a regular basis and place purchase orders accordingly to ensure orders/supplies are in line with the production plan • Supervising the monthly/weekly production plan for manufacturing lines. • Coordinate with other departments (operation-purchasing -quality-marketing) to ensure the implementation of all ongoing production plans. • Coordination with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure smooth flow of products in and out of the facilities. • Prepare Quarter business review Presentation. • Managing all reporting for the Manufacturing Department related to planning. -Adherence to plan report -Production over all efficacy and Utilization -Non Performing Items and Near Expiry Report -Out of stock report -Closing stock level (DOH, Value)

Supply Planning Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Execute the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory • execute the MRP supply recommendations for raw materials and packaging components used in assign parent products. • Check ERP system; review BOM and follow up with Purchasing team to make sure material is available. • Ensure compliance to MPS and inventory KPI base on agreed targets. • Monitoring stock levels in order to avoid out of stock or overstock. • Monitor the stock level and work along with sales and purchasing to minimize it in accordance with the best business practices and company objective. • Follow up master plan and update. • Participate in all evaluation meetings on weekly and monthly basis. • Attends the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) Weekly & Monthly meetings.
