Contract / Strategic Partnership ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Strategic planning for new product line coping with the top management vision (Digital Transformation Department). - Roadmap designing on all levels with the top management for the DT department (marketing, operation, hiring and partnerships). - Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for products or services. - Developing relationship with all the ministries (clients) to develop business opportunities and understanding their needs as MOHE, MOJ, MOFA, MOT and MCIT. - Research and analyze potential partnerships using data-driven methods, developing a deep understanding of the target market and customer needs using data analysis. - Manage and grow existing partnerships, developing creative ways to increase value for both parties. - Conduct ongoing assessments of assigned networks and make recommendations for strategic initiatives, goals, and objectives. - Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other business connections. - Gather business requirements for new contracts. - Reviewing and sharing redlines between both parties while managing draft versions. - Study the legal terms with the help of the legal department. - Review and analysis of the Main Contract at the tender stage and preparation of contractual risk analysis and list of contractual obligations. - Participate in the negotiation of partnership agreements with partners. - Negotiate contract agreements for products and services. - Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients. - Coordinate with clients to guarantee that terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
