• Job Details:Designed and developed casting components and surface models using Creo, ensuring manufacturability and quality compliance. Performed reverse engineering on mechanical parts, creating accurate 3D models for redesign, draft and production. Created detailed engineering drawings with GD&T and performed tolerance stack-up analysis. Reviewed and modified 3D models and drawings based on manufacturing and customer feedback. Aerospace (Continental Motors) projects require more precision, so there will be more quality checks. Reduced time of work by using surface modelling for complex parts in the projects. For Nordson project SolidWorks used for sheet metal parts.
