• Job Details: Head of the legal unit.  Conducting legal research regarding different laws and regulations.  Drafting and reviewing different types of contracts and agreements in both Arabic and English language for example but not limited to :- (Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease Contracts, Shareholder Agreements, Employment Contracts, Sale and Purchase agreements,…………).  Formulating and reformulating different legal documents.  Provide analysis on legal issues related to corporate matters.  Drafting and reviewing OGAs, EGAs and BOD meeting minutes in both English and Arabic language.  Following up the regulator correspondences of the company within the deadline.  Dealing with clients of different nationalities whether directly (over the phone) or indirectly (by e-mails).  Translating different legal documents from English to Arabic version and vice versa.  Attending business meetings at the client's premises.  Attending OGA and EGA meetings.  Attend inspection meetings either by the mother company or the regulatory authorities.  Having a good experience in the insurance field especially the insurance brokerage.  Working on feasibility studies for insurance brokerage companies.  Went to GAFI to Incorporate Companies.  Working on different laws and regulations, for example, but not limited to:- (Companies law, Labor law, Social security law, Insurance Supervision and Control in Egypt law).
