• Job Details:Conduct new employee onboarding program along with HR, review system BRD enhancements, create and implement training programs focusing on process and internal system, participate in user acceptance test involving newly enhanced systems and process, aide the migration lead by facilitating the needed training and assessments.

Training Supervisor

• Job Details:Conduct newly hired training along with HR, handle regional and headquarter trainer’s activities and performance, create modules of the standard operating procedures, conduct evaluation on the implemented process, conduct audit to various branches and operation sites of the company, communicate with third party e-commerce clients.

Store Supervisor

• Job Details:Store management, handling and managing of staff’s performance, making daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the store sales and inventory, engaging in product implementation with other branches, conduct audit on the store’s overall aspects.
