Reconcile payroll accounts regularly, promptly resolving any discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy. 20. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll and benefits, offering clear and supportive communication. 21. Prepare and file all necessary payroll tax returns and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 22. Collaborate seamlessly with HR and finance teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data. 23. Manage and optimize employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time. 24. Create and maintain detailed reports on payroll expenses and other financial data related to employee compensation. 25. Leverage analytical insights to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
