Senior Specialist Customer ServiceFull Time

• Job Details:• Monitoring Technical Team performance and provide them with any missing info. • Preparing weekly, monthly & yearly Reports for my team. • Responsible for Branch Warehouse. • Communication Point Between customer and other department in the technical Issue’s. • Handle frustrated customers & Customers compensation requests. • Provide the new batches with proper training. • Handle and retain customer that face Tech problems and need to cancel. • Achieve own KPIs (Sales, E quiz and Retention Target) • Handling customer's inquires and complaints. • Interface with the other departments and NS back Office. • Enhance customers experience through developing and smoothening the workflow inside the CC. • In Addition to that I do the same Responsibilities of Aftersales.
