• Job Details:Lead preventative and reactive maintenance on all glass tempering machinery, including heating furnaces, quench systems, conveyors, and associated equipment. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and delivering immediate corrective actions. Conduct proactive inspections, detecting potential issues before they escalate and ensuring continuous operation. Maintain and manage precise maintenance records, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment history. Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes. Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance and boost reliability. Enforce stringent safety regulations and company policies, fostering a secure working environment. Oversee spare parts inventory and expedite timely procurement of critical components. Revamp and optimize maintenance protocols for glass tempering machinery, reducing downtime by 25% through systematic inspections and proactive problem-solving.
