• Job Details:• Supervise the RDD team in delivering best in-class fit outs, with associated processes and procedures including Tenant fitout guides and supporting permit/H&S system • Execute Tenant Coordination processes, procedures and standards for management, quality and efficiency in tenant’s design, construction and life safety • Work with Leasing to provide support and develop the relationships necessary to handle all of the tenant’s needs as it relates to planning, budget, design, and construction • Work with the Retail design dep. in Tenant Coordination, Construction, Design & Planning • Know, enforce and update the company’s technical specifications • Establish the conceptual budget for tenants where landlord work is involved • Coordinate any changes to the base building design with Construction • Maintain an ongoing and comprehensive project tenant schedule • Manage the consultants for tenant construction projects • Direct and manage the tenant plan check and permit process • Manage all tenant contractors on the project • Coordinate all tenant preconstruction meetings and construction meetings • Coordinate all tenant tie-ins to landlord system • Coordinate tenant schedules and design with Development, Design and Construction where necessary to ensure smooth flow of timely delivery and completion of tenant spaces • Close out tenant construction projects by providing Legal with all documents, fees, charges, lien wavers, balance reports, as built and other construction related items necessary for Legal to close out projects and return tenant allowances • Work hand-in-hand with the mall personnel to review all tenant drawings and coordinate the tenant construction process • Keep master copies of documents that are sent to tenants, contractors, architects, etc. such as the tenant criteria handbook and contractor’s rules and regulations

• Job Details:1.Manage the tenant coordinators team and its work flow and report weekly to Operation direction. 2. Track activities to ensure tenancy is handed over to lessee by deadline. 3. Establish the conceptual budget for tenants where landlord work is involved. 4. Estimate the billing for tenants for extra works. 5. Work with Leasing to provide support and develop the relationships necessary to handle all of the tenant’s needs related to planning, budget, design, and construction 6. Oversee that the base building has sufficient characteristics and capacities. 7. Work closely with Property Management, Operations and Leasing to coordinate the tenant construction process and facilitate timely construction projects. 8. Ensure the Tenants have paid in full all their financial obligations prior to consent to operate certificate being issued. 9. Receive comment and approve on behalf of the Landlord the fitting-out proposals which include concept design approval and detailed design approval, provide to the Landlord advice on the tenants’ proposals as required and communicating with the consultants as necessary 10. Receive and attend to queries from tenants and their consultants concerning specification utilities available routing of services, etc…

Monitor, maintain and enforce approved tenant criteria. - Oversee that the base building has sufficient characteristics and capacities.
