• Job Details:Participation in the development of calculation notes for shell and tube heat exchangers and air coolers. Develop thermal rating of unfired equipment - heat exchangers and air coolers. Training process engineers and develop coaching/training activities for them. Preparation of equipment datasheets for heat exchangers and air coolers. Project follow-up with detail engineering contractor, procurement and construction including engineering documents review. Review and approval of vendor’s design calculations and fabrication drawings and providing the required comments at IDC and AFD stage of documents with respect to client’s specification and codes. Validation of design pressure and design temperature. Liquid and gas line sizing calculations.

Senior Assistant Engineer

• Job Details:Thermal design and optimization of equipment like shell and tube heat exchanger including fixed tubesheet, floating head and U-tube heat exchanger using HTRI software. Performing thermal rating of all types of exchangers and preparation of thermal datasheet including tube-layout using Utamaro software, baffle sketch using MS Visio, etc. on process data and design parameters. Document review of air coolers, heat exchangers, reboilers, etc. Vendor’s offer evaluation, preparation of technical queries at the proposal stage. Knowledge of TEMA codes, ASME and API standards.
