Assistant Production Executive

• Job Details:Reporting to production manager. Coordinate with the store department for storing handling and delivery of raw material and finished products. Overseeing production processes, control wastage, reworks & downtime to meet production target & timely dispatches. New mold & material trial and give feedback to engineering department. Identify the root causes of problems and to solve it by root cause analysis. Involvement in implementation of special job assigned by the management. Make standard operating procedure, work instruction & required formats for factory. Follow health and safety & looking after the safety of all staff during manufacturing process. Coordinate with the quality controller concerning testing of raw material and finished products. Plan the preventive maintenance of machines & molds. Identify training needs of operators, workers and review & evaluate the performance.

Shift Engineer

• Job Details:Reporting to production manager. Plan and organize production, die change schedule & re-negotiate as necessary to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover required production. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations. Schedule shift according to production needs, monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

Assistant Technical (QA/QC & Production)

• Job Details:Reported to production manager. Handled shift independently. Manpower handling. Planning & organizing tools as per the planning. Responsible for the production & quality of the products during shift.
