• Job Details:- Provide technical support to the Amadeus system on re-issue & refund. - Cancel all bookings that cause ADM from airlines like ( HX ,UN,NO ) - Prepare detailed itineraries upon bookings to ensure accuracy of reservations and provided confirmation to clients. - Call vendors to ensure extension of payment deadlines when necessary. - Process unused or partially used tickets for credit through affiliated travel agencies. - Manage database and back office as required. - Work well to achieve targets and ensured that all queues and updates were regularly checked. - Issue airline tickets for bookings in line with contracts. - Monitor and communicated airline schedule changes and flight cancellations. - Advanced action on GDS ( Amadeus - Galelio ) and Portals ( XY - F3 - G9 - J9 - FZ )
