Responsible for turnkey handing over for various projects like a Standalone Villa in New Heliopolis and several apartments in Heliopolis and Degla Landmark residential complex, Responsible for Interior and Exterior Finishes and fit out works including painting, flooring, Gypsum board, Marble, Moulding and Wall covering Also Architectural modifications and MEP Works, Completing all projects deliverables until handing the project to the client.

• Job Details:At Flex print paper factory at 10TH of Ramadan city. Responsible for managing all the site activities including Procurement works, revising BOQs, Sub Contractors and Main Contractors invoices executing excavation works, Foundations, Steel works, MEP works, firefighting pipe lines, Site and road leading to the factory grading works, Paving works, Delivering the factory in Core and Shell condition.

• Job Details:At Katameya Gardens compound in Fifth Settlement. Responsible for managing all the site activities including Procurement works, revising BOQs, Sub Contractors and Main Contractors invoices, Concrete works including sub and super structure works, Steel works, Finishing and fit outs, Swimming pool works including excavation, plumbing works, Concrete and Insulation works with a total foot print of 280 square meters.
