• Job Details:Duties: • Acting as second-line support for over than 500 users in 10 Branches, applying extensive experience in supporting users ensuring their satisfaction regarding their machines, network and development environment. • Installing, configuring and maintaining infrastructure network, LAN/WAN network designing, implementing, managing and support including Switches, Firewalls, Wireless LAN Controllers, Call Managers and WIFI Access points. • Production Environments planning, building, managing and support including Active Directory servers, and web services. • Administrating backups, backup services and sending media tapes to external safe. • Making researches upon new technologies, tools and platforms in order to decide which is more compatible with the current environment and much healthier for future planning. • Applying new technologies to enhance core and medium network and environments to guarantee much smoother, secure and helpful development and production environments. • Being proactive. Auditing on all production servers, network devices and LAN/WAN connection status, keeping our live services available all the time. • Monitoring all production servers and services in order to be proactive • and to resolve any issues in less downtime. • Dealing with vendors to get the latest and more compatible and production tools.
