• Job Details:• Conducts Root Cause Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Reactive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Performance to Failure Analysis, utilizes PM tools such as CMMS, Fusion, etc. • Responsible for decision making and risk analysis whenever there is a deferment on equipment’s schedule for Preventive Maintenance Service. • Consistently monitors displacement, direction and angle of vibrations on critical equipment such as on large-head pumps, compressors, hoisting equipment etc. • Consistently monitors life of bearings specially on rotating equipment prior to Predictive Maintenance • Constructs lifting plans during lifting operation and other engineering designs and models for fabrication of various parts for repair using Auto-Cad. • Maintenance and Operations engineer of 1500 Ton capacity – 87 meter span Goliath Gantry Crane (ZPMC) – largest crane in Asia. • Plans the schedule for repair and strictly monitors implementation and coordinates to Ship repair manager consistently for any progress. Problems, and/or change. • On-hand supervising repairs and reinstallation on machineries (Internal combustion engine {Diesel/Gasoline engines}, generator sets, pumps, compressors, air-coolers, cooling towers, rollers, pins and other thick machinery, overhaul different kinds of valves {butterfly, gate, straight/angle globe, boiler mounting valves}, hydraulics, etc.) • Commissions and approves each repair individually prior to acceptance from the Ship Superintendents and chief engineer and ship crews. • Meets the demands and standards of Owner’s Representatives, Ship Superintendents and Class Surveyors (Class NK, ABS, Bureau of Veritas, etc.) regarding the standard of repairs on machineries for acceptance
