• Job Details:- In charge of the full supervision on the implementation of Concord’s data center. - Rationalizing Concord’s existing IT investments for the best utilization. - Increasing the company investment of the core IT equipment by 20K USD building a state-of-the-art IT environment. - Developing the ICT department structure from single helpdesk department with two members to a full scale IT department with 2 IT seniors & 5 IT specialists (concord has 3 stories building as company’s HQ, 57 remote sites and 500 engineer & employee). - Handling project management for the company ERP project “Microsoft Dynamics AX-2013 R3” (In training phase at the present time). - Creating workflow procedures for remote site IT asset management & tracking. (Concord is a booming company with new large projects almost on monthly bases with hiring process for complete hiring sets not individuals). - Setting communication strategies for remote sites and headquarter, currently in deployment phase. - Designing & implementing company disaster recovery strategy as well as backup strategy.

• Job Details:- Restructuring the company IT Department and upgrading related task from helpdesk to one of the core departments within the company involving its members in all business aspects of the Fridal. - Building the department capacity by increasing its member from two personnel to six including two developers. - Designing intensive training sessions from the aspects of both internal & external training programs. - Increasing the company IT investments form almost zero to USD 60K in first year this amount has been spent totally in rebuilding the company LAN in its two premises in HQ “increase the number of working ports from 60 to 168 port all directly connected managed Layer 2 switches add 3 new mid-range servers and setup the company’s first servers room. - Rebuilding the company’s core IT services upgrading it to the most modern version which includes AD, messaging, firewall & proxies and content management services - Working closely with finance department to implement the company first accounting system “Delta Finance” that succeeded in closing the financial years from 2012 till now. - Working closely with finance & warehouse departments to implement new stock control system. - Working closely with Security department to design & implement a complete surveillance system totally based on IP-Cam (76 camera) & two NVR servers running Zonemider open source NVR System I supervised on control room creation. - Working closely with security department to select & implement a prop GPS tracking system. - Working closely with Fragrance & Flavor sector production department to automate manufacturing process such includes PLC data collection, production scheduling. - Working closely with purchasing department to deploy in-house developed purchasing application. - Starting the selection process for the company ERP “Microsoft AX-2013 ERP system selected” - Deploying two-separated VDI solution one deployed specially as security solution for company most critical application the other one work as backend for Fragrance & Flavor production monitor screens & operations management. - Securing data communications between company’s HQ & its remotes sites this include deploying Site-To-Site VPNs & Long rang Wi-Max Connections.
