• Job Details:Developed and implemented a system of preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. Provide forecast parts of remove install and overhaul, collaborate with warehouse & inventory control to ensure availability and stock level of critical parts. Provide long term plan, forecast maintenance & goh for heavy equipment based on budget & forecast with cmms. (cat 793c, 785b, 773e, komatsu hd785, etc). Provide historical data & health trend to submit & claim warranty to vendor.

• Job Details:Provide weekly work plan, ensure tasks/backlogs captured and gathered into correct event and publish to executor based on priority meet to pa target and budget. Arrange preventive maintenance schedule as weekly plan. Reduce delay and downtime by providing correct part, kit as scope of work.
