• Job Details:1. Knowing the job description and Requirements of a specific Vacancy and Account in Etisalat. 2. Recruiting Candidates for the available HR vacancies In Etisal International. 3. I was managing job postings and seeking out new & innovative avenues through which i can reach potential Candidates. 4. I did the initial screening of credentials via telephone and discussing the position briefly and verify that the candidate still interested in the position. 5. Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates. 6. Recruit the best calibers in the market meeting the company’s culture and budget. 7. Maintain contact with and May visit job fairs and related functions as part of the Recruiting effort. 8. Handling the candidates with the interview process. 9. Giving feedback and informing the candidates with the details they may need and our requirements too. 10. Making Data Entry for The Accepted Trainees. 11. Conducting Exit Interviews.
