• Job Details:Prepare complete and accurately coded payment packages and GL entries. Prepare cash request for Country Office. Prepare the CO operations and salaries POs/modifications in SAP (Non-grants) Prepare checks/transfers Review and Perform surprise petty cash counts every month Prepare cash receipts to record all income received Prepare intercompany reconciliation for the country Record the country income in SAP Recording all financial transactions related to the payments in SAP Contribute to the preparation of CO year end schedules and ensure they are reflected in the financial system Prepare and consolidate the operation workplan forecast tool Prepare advance and contract monitoring reports
