Logistics Specialist Full Time

• Job Details:• Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements; • Ensuring the integrity of import documentation such as Bills of lading, GSP certificates Commercial invoices and packing lists; • Timely preparation of import documentation and authorization for all air and sea shipments globally; • Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments; • Responsible for order processing and • Determine all product requirements and prepare required paperwork, manage inventory and identify correct product and pack it for shipment.

Admin and Customer Services Full Time

• Job Details:• Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases; • Managing filing systems; • Depending on the organization, duties of the role may extend to the management of social media; • Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management; • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment; • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs; • Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction; • Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations; • responding to customer enquiries and complaints; • Sending samples to the companies, receiving feedbacks. • Greet all customers on telephone and update knowledge on all orders
