• Job Details:Client Assistance : Facilitating the fulfillment of all required vessel services. • Crew Change Management : Overseeing the entire crew change process, including: • Choosing appropriate flights & preparing OKTB & LOG docs • Coordinating airport meet & greet services • Arranging transportation between the airport, hotel, and ports. • Booking accommodation case needed. • Keeping the client updated throughout the process. • Signing on/off formalities & Implementing backup plans for any last-minute changes. • Port Call Coordination : Collaborating with the port team to streamline port call operations. • Lube Oil Orders and Sampling : Organizing the delivery of lube oil orders and coordinating landing sample collection. • Project Coordination : Managing cross-team collaboration for various projects. • VIP Visits Planning : Arranging visits for flag surveyors and other VIPs. • Planning Cash to Master, Spare parts handling, Coordination of booked services, Parcels Customs Clearance & calculating PDAs. • Medical support to vsl’s crew either by transporting the crew to the hospital, booking doctor appointments or through arranging doctor visit on board along with medications and medical reports.

• Job Details:Supporting vessels required services and supplies either from our side or through the suppliers • Handling crew change, hotel reservations, flights and required documents • Calculating PDA Formula for vessels in transit and for cargo operations. • Sending updated reports (pre-arrival, arrival, departure,etc...) • Communicating with the clients and the masters to assure • Filtering the emails not to skip any important information. • Assisting with customers’ appointments and inquiries. • Performing OFAC check for every single vessel & customer. • In charge of elevating several WASP KPIs. • Adding, updating and changing customers and vessel on WASP
