• Job Details:Work as a Accountant General Follow up on bank accounts. Work as a treasury accountant. preparing salaries for staff . - Perform and prepare all company checks, transfers and entries . Work as a Accountant for clients and suppliers . - Manage & review suppliers' payment terms, contracts, invoices, and accounts statements. - Manage & review the payment with the Gov Authorities and ensure payment on time - Handling the payment with the Suppliers & Distributors and ensure payment on time. - Ensure an accurate and timely statement of accounts of the Suppliers . - Manage and monitor all prepaid expenses - Prepare, review, approve and/or post journal entries - Analyze and interpreting financial information - Perform account analysis to make sure that entries and balances are correct - Ensure that all entries are accurate and that transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and government regulations - Prepare journal entries and ensure they align with generally accepted accounting principles - Reconcile and settle Petty Cash account with employees. - Reconcile fixed assets accounts. - Reconcile Bank Statement - Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, transactions & bank transfer. - Posts revenues by verifying & entering transactions. - Maintains records by keeping an invoice copy for future follow up. -Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining & investigating information from sales, customer service departments & from customers. - Resolves valid or authorized/invalid or unauthorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. - Resolves collections by examining customer payment plan, payment history, credit line, coordinating contact with collections department. - Summarizes receivables by maintain invoice accounts, verifying totals, preparing report. - Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
