• Job Details:Senior Project Planning Engineer (Global UAE-KSA) 01-Apr-16 to Present  Preparing the tentative production schedule during the project bidding phase.  Collect the project schedule from all project team and prepare the comprehensive master schedule for material ordering, engineering outputs and fabrication/operation milestones.  Monitor of the base line milestones and highlight to concerns the potential risks and bottle necks.  Study the planned target as per the schedule and foresee any potential risk might delay the production.  Suggest the recovery plan in case of delays with coordination of Production Planning team and operation team.  Update the master schedules / loading of all the factories and advice of the recommended factory to execute the work/subcontractors to department manager.  Approve subcontractor payment in term of correct material delivered.  Prepare the S-curves report in term of earned and actual man-hours.  Monitor production plan/progress against site erection sequence to ensure maximum productivity and avoid and potential risk might delay the project. Junior Project Engineer (Main Workshop – Jeddah) 01-Oct-14 to 31-Mar-16  Responsible for coordinating work activities with the clients o Work in Shuqaiq Steam Power Plant (Gas Duct, FGD Duct, SCR Reactors, …) o Work in Jazan Refinery and Terminal Project (HYDROCRACKER / DHT HEATERS)  Coordinate work activities among AIC offices and other departments.  Monitoring raw material requisition and best receiving dates.  Following the fabrication process with the corresponding delivery plan.  Assuring final work/product meets standard specification and client requirements.  Following invoices/payments with clients.  Monitoring project costs and assure overall project go within the planned budget. Junior Project Engineer (Engineering Office – Egypt) 01-Mar-12 to 30-Sep-14  Responsible for the engineering stage in Egypt office (Monitoring around 90000 tons) o Work in RABIGH Power Plant - Stage No. 2 – KSA and DOOSAN o Work in SADARA Project (OSBL Pipe/Cable Racks) – KSA and FLUOR o Work in SADARA Project (Steam Generation Unit) – KSA and FLUOR o Work in SADARA Project (Wastewater Treatment Unit) – KSA and FLUOR o Work in SADARA Project (Packaging Center) – KSA, RAK and Foster Wheeler o Work in SADARA Project (High Pressure LDPE Project) – KSA, RAK and Tecnimont. o Work in Lubref Yanbu Expansion Project – KSA and Samsung. o Work in JAZAN Refinery & Terminal Project– KSA and JGC. o Work in YANBU Power & Desalination Plant – KSA and Samsung.  Coordinate the work with the clients and KSA and RAK offices.  Handling RFIs and urgent issues with the clients.  Monitor the fabrication percentage and delivery dates. Junior Structural Engineer (Engineering Office – Egypt) 03-Dec-11 to 28-Feb-12  Design all types of connections using AISC (LRFD,ASD) and responsible for connections’ structural calculations.  Member estimation and design (facilitate steel erection in site) using STAAD Pro. o Work in SADARA, RAS TANURA INTEGRATED PROJECT – KSA o Work in Grand Mosque (King Abduallah Financial District Project) – Riyadh – KSA o Work in Accessing Platform Steel Framing Project – Kuwait Oil Company
