• Job Details:I'm responsible for managing 15 employee in the prepress department staff (designers, prepress operators, imposition operators, planner, proof readers, digital press & scanning operators, and CTP operators), and was reporting to the company operation director. I'm responsible to run, maintain and facilitate using all the equipment's and software to maximum utilization to fulfill the Production needs. Moreover I'm responsible to continuously develop the prepress equipment's and get all latest technologies that could facilitate the dept. and company jobs. As Prepress Supervisor I'm responsible for the Functions of: -Prepress Section, coordination between sales and production planning to receive the customer data files and prepare a final proof for customer approval, including all customer and production requirements and modification, then prepare the final imposition layouts. - Planning of prepress production schedule. - Administrating the Prinergy (prepress workflow system and database), responsible for all the prepress Dept. Hardware and software IT related issues on both Platforms of MAC and PC.  -CTP section, to facilitate the offset plates output (average of 300 plate/day) using 2 VLF CTP machines from Kodak , and supply Plates to Printing in accordance to the production planning and delivery schedules. - Reports the dept. performance & post the dept. KPIs to top management. - Maintain ISO9001 documentation and processes in Dept.

Product Support & Technical sales engineerFull Time

• Job Details:As product support I was responsible for installation, trouble shouting, and training for the below software: Prinergy software applications are complete and fully integrated workflow management Systems from Kodak that organize page processing, proofing, CTP (Computer to Plate). The Prinergy Family includes the below workflows:  Prinergy Connect: A remote plating system that accepts Content File exchange CFX jobs and efficiently renders this information to drive a broad range of plate setters and proofer.  Prinergy Evo: An affordable workflow solution for controlling prepress, plate, and/or film production with outstanding performance and output quality  Prinergy Powerpack: A powerful, highly automated workflow management solution for packaging printers, converters, and trade shops. - Preps Commercial Layout Imposition - Pandora Packaging Imposition - Proofing Workflow Solutions ( Epson - HP ) - Storage Device Systems. - Color Management Basics.  -Emergency Plate Making (EPM).  -Implement the RBA (Rule Based Automation). - Staccato Screening startup.  -Oracle Database Migration Digital Workflow Software: Kodak NexPert operator support system: High value Applications from Kodak to print digital books, photo books , booklets ..etc , fifth imaging unit solutions to print dimensional coating, gloss / spot gloss, light black , digital printing security solutions using red fluorescing ink, MICR stands for magnetic ink character recognition ,Special neon pink / gold ink , NexPress Intelligent Calibration System (ICS) to improve the image quality , variable data printing VDP , multiple substrate paper , productivity control, quality control, cost control. As technical sales engineer I was responsible for : - Selling maintenance contract for existing customer. - Selling software & hardware upgrades & parts for existing customer - Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing their requirements. - Technical assistance for sales team members to present their product to new customers - Regional sales assistance
