• Job Details: Supervising the maintenance of beverages and packing production lines for full PET and RGB line.  Planning and undertaking preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance and overall Maintenance.  Developed a training programs for electricians to monitor, debug, and troubleshoot systems  Reasonable electrical troubleshooting  Familiar with electrical power distribution and transformers  Maintain the equipment within the required efficiencies.  Designing small panels for improving the performance.  Preparing all needed spare parts for the overhauls and normal running for production lines.  Establish, monitor and Audit overall plant performance for production and quality standards (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000.)  Develop and implement a policy for more efficient use of energy according to ISO 50001 Energy Management System. Projects 2013: Commissioning SPR industrial wastewater treatment Plant. 2013: Installation and commissioning Radical Water ECA unit 2013: 16000 hr. maintenance to 40 bar Ateliers Francois and Atlas-Copco ZT3B compressors. 2014: Commissioning new water treatment plant with 40 m3/h capacity. 2014: Installation and commissioning of one RGB Sidel beverage production Line. 2015: Installation and commissioning of one PET Sidel beverage production Line. 2015: Relocation of Radical Water ECA unit 2015: Installation and commissioning of Syrup room infrastructure, piping overhaul and Electrical installation 2016: Upgrading the PLC control system of the RGB (palitizer ,depalitizer and incamatic) machines from Siemens Step 5 to Siemens Step 7 and modified the machines panels hardware To make it compatible with current modification.
