• Job Details:1.Responsible for Design and revise new projects of Storage systems to ensure all components are applicable for Design for manufacturing DFM & Design for assembly DFA while considering cost, quality, and timing. 2. provide line management and leadership to the mechanical design team 3. Perform design reviews of the mechanical team output and manage the engineering releases. 4. Lead the first phase of new projects by preparing for prototype, testing, implementation specific Mechanical Function 5. Create automation Design for all standard products company using CAD software. 6. Create detailed BOM Material and route on ERP System (Microsoft AX). 7. Design and develop Jigs for both Production & Quality teams to improve manufacturing process and quality check. 8. support production teams for studying factories layout to minimize motion waste.

• Job Details:A- Manufacturing & Industrial Section 1- Working to Eliminate waste of time, money, material, person hours, Machine Time 2- Develop, recommend and implement change which will result in the improvement of manufacturing process or product Quality. 3- Proved technical support to and assistant to production team and maintenance team 4- Study production and machine requirements 5- Organize and manage manufacturing workflows 6- Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality 7- Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations 8- Train staff in new and existing processes 9- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology 10- Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations B- Operations & Project Section 1- Create Business Systems That Help the Organization working in efficient manner 2- Prepare project schedule using appropriate tool such as Google Sheets 3- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects. 4- Calculate Material requirement for the project 5- Coordinate with the Sales Team and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan 6- Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports. 7- Material Controlling by keeping materials organized and accounted C- Research and Development (R&D) Section 1- Meeting with the R&D team to discuss product ideas. 2- Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs. 3- Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes. 4- Overseeing the production process. 5- Generates BOM and drawings for products.

• Job Details:A Metal Division Specialized in sheet metal Projects in gulf market such as (Subcontract projects, Cable Trays) A. Sheet metal Works 1. Checking the availability of manufacturing by using CAM Programs bending simulation. (AutoCAD - Inventor – SpaceClaim – TruTops – TruTops Bosst) 2. Drawing for both new Punching and Bending Tools to match with requested design. 3. Calculate the force required of those tools which match with the machine capacity for safe work. 4. Create a Professional nesting for project with minimum waste of materials. 5. Create a Professional optimization NC program for less machine work time and more machine safely movement. 6. Create Punch and Bending Programs reports. 7. Create, edit, and repair (Inventor) 3D models by using SpaceClaim software and generate the correct Kfactor and Flat Pattern Length. 8. Aide and assist sales team to estimate project costs by providing them 9. Build and develop company ducts products (rectangular and round) in Fabrication Camduct software which match with our machine capability with cooperative of R&D and Estimation departments. 2. Check and Revise project items before manufacturing 3. prepare fabrication files, NC codes for plasma and create Projects Batches to start production. 4. planning and organizing project batches for smooth production Work Flow. 5. Train and Guide CAM Team of 5 member for CAM works (Camduct / Trutops Boost)
