• Job Details:* Designing , implementing Control Systems related to the machine . * Choosing the best controller unit for a specific control system related to a specific machine . * Choosing the best measurement sensors for a specific control system related to a specific machine . * Testing and commissioning for Automation control systems . * Embedded Systems : - Designing , implementing and programming control units (using PIC micro-controller&electronic components&C programming language). - Choosing the suitable PIC for control unit depending on the number of I&O of the control system. - Designing&Implementing suitable techniques to overcome electrical noise . - Designing&Implementing suitable interface circuits between sensors and inputs - outputs&loads . - Troubleshooting *Automation System : - Designing , programing and wiring Automation Control system (using PLC ). - Design and programing HMI interfaces . - PLC programing : Siemens : S7-300 , S7-1200 Omron : CP1E ( E type , N type , NA type ) . LS : Master K . Fatek : FBs - 24 MA - HMI programing : Siemens : TB177A-MP277-Run Time PC system . Omron : NB5Q , NB3Q . LS : XP series . Invt : VT series . - programing VFD : Ls : IC5 series . Omron : MX2 . - Automating penumatic Systems using PLC and Microcontroller . - Controlling Induction(1,3 phase) , Stepper and servo motors with their suitable drive . - Designing and programing Motion & Positon Control systems using PLC and Microcontroller . * Working with industrial communication Protocols ( RS232 serial communication , Modbus , Profibus ) . * Implementing Systems using PID Controller and Tunning P,I and D Values. * Maintainance both Embedded and automation systems .
