• Job Details:• Responsible for receiving, evaluating, and escalating second medical opinion cases and case management for the escalated pharmacy requests. • Handling pharmacy requests via online portal (acute, chronic and biologicals) based on the medical evaluation and the member’s policy benefits. • Handling outpatient requests via online portal whether labs, scans, physiotherapy, dental, optical and OP procedures. • Handling pharmacy requests via document management system and reviewing different medical reports (labs, scans, etc.) required for evaluating chronic and biological medications requests. • Handling queries and complaints whether from the providers’ or the insurance companies’ sides. • Training new joiners and giving orientation sessions through different portals. • Auditing quality sheets to assure to the agreed service level.

Prior Approvals & Customer Care OfficerFull Time

• Job Details:• Shift leader, responsible for leading shifts and supporting other officers. • Answering customers' inquiries regarding their policies. • Handling I-Care System requests (pharmacy requests). • Handling outpatient requests and certain types of inpatient requests.

Community PharmacistFull Time

• Job Details:• Shift manager, responsible for the team and solving any issue during the shift. • Patient counseling whether physically or on call. • Dispensing medications whether on cash basis or insurance.
