• Job Details:An experienced quality assurance manager with more than 15 years of solid experience in quality assurance that creates and controls policies and procedures to ensure that daily processes and products conform to their quality standards and more than 7 years as a Senior Internal Audit Manager. Duties include but not limited to: Set up the overall tone of the Internal Audit Function; developing the Audit Strategy, charter, policies and procedures, plans and programs. Going through all stages of audit including; planning, fieldwork and reporting. Review industry-related laws, analyze current policies and procedures, identify areas in the organization that need to be organized, address quality problems, recommend corrective actions for branches, and implement standards to ensure best practices for clients. Develop annual risk based audit approach including the audit plan, considering the assessed business risks, available resources, and priorities. Supervise all the activities of Internal Audit Department and the daily performance of various audit functions as per the annual audit plan including mandate and special assignments approved by line management. Manage the communication of the results of audit activities carried out during the year and identifying significant audit findings and recommendations. Oversee the follow up on the progress of recommendations and corrective actions Provide advisory or consulting role to Executive management as requested by them or by line management.
