Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Oversee and creating daily, weekly, monthly maintenance schedules. • Ensure that all equipment is in good condition and ready for operation. • Implementation of maintenance plans of all types and follow-up • Ensure the maintenance of continuity of the operation of the machines and follow-up to ensure the availability of the necessary spare parts. • Review the requests for disbursement of the parts brought by the technicians, in addition, to follow up the receipt of spare parts • Distribution of tasks to technicians according to schedules of maintenance to carry out preventive maintenance work or in cases of emergency and urgent maintenance. • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. • Organize routine service schedules • Oversee the maintenance scheduled. • Help in plan and direct the installation, test, operation, maintenance, and repair the equipment. • Take the decision to report any risks that may lead to impending accidents. • Follow up the execution of any maintenance development initiatives. • Check electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems of trains to ensure functionality. • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. • Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.). • Maintain contact with other departments to ensure that any plant shutdown is carried out at minimum cost and inconvenience.

Inventory & Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Inventory management (Material receiving / issue ) • Inventory control • Material balance auditing (shortage/excess) • Arrange for delivery, assembly and distribution of supplies and parts in order to meet production schedules. • Compile information, such as production rates and progress, remaining material inventories, material used and customer information, so that reports can be completed • Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, and customers to coordinate production and shipping activities, and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays. • Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications. • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands. • Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. • Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, and engineering. • Plan production commitments and timetables for business units, specific programs, and/or jobs, using sales forecasts. • Record production data, including volume, produced consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. • Provide periodic prediction for material (Consumable, Spare Parts, Tools). • Make PR (Purchase Request) for needed material and make it signed from manager. • Make Sure of received item condition, quantity and adding it to stock

QC Inspector ( Quality Control Engineer )Full Time

• Job Details:*Read and interpret blueprint drawings and customer specifications *Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards *Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process *Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced *Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers and suitable instruments *Decision accept or reject finished items *Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications *Discuss inspection results with those responsible party for products *Submit report inspection and test data to QC Manager *Testing the torque of each fastened bolt *Testing welded joints *verify product dimensions, color, texture and strength and locate imperfections. Mechanical quality engineers check levels of liquids and gasses, verify that parts move correctly and test the proper fit of components. *issuing Punchlist on job completion and closing Punchlist for final completion and handing over to client *Inspect structure with reference to various tolerances and specifications and also ensure usage of appropriate Material sections, Fasteners and Consumables being used
