Burg Elarab ,Alexandria March 2009 - April 2016(7years 1 month). *Providing leadership and guidance to HR team as they partner with managers and other staff to facilitate the Resolution of Employee relations' issues and the roll out of HR programs, policies and initiatives . •Providing leadership & guidance to HR team how to deal with governmental offices & issues . •Discussing man power plan ,all HR activities, policies & procedures with HR Manager to set semester plans with the HR team. •Preparing HR department budget after HR manager approval & managing it . •Managing conducting the job analysis to create and update clear job descriptions in order to hire,orientation, train ,Compensate ,evaluate & motivate the employees. * Managing conducting the exit interviews . * Analyzing the outcomes of all HR interrelated activties to set corrective actions . •Developing and implementing pay plans based on reliable surveys to meet company needs and objectives. •Developing and managing an effective HR & payroll system applying governmental rules , laws & company policies to get the wages paid – correctly, and on time monitoring any possible variance between actual results and budgeted targets to propose correct actions to other departments supervising. •Developing & managing benefits plans&conducting; with vendors for other employee services . •Ensuring all activities related to HR is implementing matching with standers in order to achieve organization’s goals .
