• Job Details:1) Build and secures relationships with major retailers and new/existing tenants. 2) Develop tenant mix and market positioning strategies with local and famous international brands. 3) Handle tenancy documentation and lead all negotiations. 4) Coordinate with marketing team to produce leasing material, brochures and presentations. 5) Manage a team of leasing at headquarters and supporting site level. 6) Oversee and control all financial budgets and spends regarding the leasing department. 7) Organizing market surveys of client demands and obtaining information on competitors' pricing policy and property specifications
