• Job Details:Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost. Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties. Update and maintain receipts into the systems. Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget. Check the menu pricing and ensure the correct prices are loaded. Responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage Report and distribute to management. Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales. Check the restaurant and bar checks on daily. Check and verify all complimentary sales. Continuously study weaknesses in F&B control implemented at the Hotel and provide suggestions for improvements. Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency. Check and cross verify if all sales have been transferred correctly. Update selling prices as per the instruction from authorized persons. Responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage Report and distribute to management. Responsible for spot checks at all F&B outlets. Responsible to maintain the Menu Pricing and Consumption .

• Job Details:Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries. Manage customers' accounts. Follow up on customer interaction.
