Project Control AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Western Region Project Controller Monitor and manage most of assigned telecom project accounts. • Manage all financial aspects of the project on Excel & ERP internal software. • Monitor and record the daily progress & expenses for assigned work orders. • Verify that scope of work was followed • Identify missing & incorrect design information. • Assign labors & equipment on work orders and prepare budgeting forecast. • Prepare finished work orders invoices & review with STC team. • Manage A\P and payments to subcontractors. • Prepare periodic financial reports to the head departments. • Payroll & employees custody management.

Financial Accountant & Project ControllerFull Time

• Job Details:Coordinated daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes to properly record and classify financial transactions. • Prepare employees’ payroll and EOS benefits. • Record journal entries and bookkeeping transactions. • Manage company’s bank transactions. • Assist in preparing the financial statements for external auditors. • Create templates, documentations, and archive all company’s documents. • Monitor and follow up the performance of the projects. • Manage all the materials flow in the warehouse. • Prepare & follow up company dues with STC until collection.
