• Job Details:• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers for timely and cost- effective service delivery. • Work with school leadership to identify IT needs and develop strategies to meet them. • Lead and support a team of IT professionals. • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements. • Manage school's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. • Administer and configure MS Office 365 for staff. • Manage server and storage capacity, provide utilization statistics. • Install and configure new software and hardware, including server networks, devices, and firewalls. • Implement, support, troubleshoot, and migrate server virtualization environments on VMWare vSphere 6.x. • Configure protection parameters for servers and workstations using Kaspersky Security Administrator. • Monitor and analyze system performance, implement preventive maintenance for critical IT equipment. • Plan and implement network security measures to regulate access and protect data. • Administer and configure network servers (Windows Server 2019, 2012 R2, 2008 R2). • Configure and manage servers, workstations, switches, and routers. • Install, configure, and manage backup software (Veeam Backup & Replication, Acronis True Image, EaseUS Todo Backup).
