Achievements Project Name :polymer Compound Lines in EPC • Rehabilitation of unused existing compound lines to produce new products “Steel pipe Coating,PE80,PE100” and increase the add value of produced PVC. • Integration between raw material major suppliers “Ethydco and EPC” Project Name :White Sand • Conducted Pre-feasibility study for the project. • Site assessment and selection team member. • Project Name :Cluster • Project technical evaluation and pre-feasibility study preparation. • Site investigation and Site selection of project. On Job Trainings Project Name :MOPCO (Misr Fertilizers Production Company) • Spent 8 weeks on-site as part of the Energy performance assessment team. • Energy Assesment for the production facilities and find new opportunities for improving the overall energy consumption of the plant by 7 percent in 6 months. Project Name: EIPET(Egyptian Indian Polyester company) • (Poly Ethylene Terphthalate production) (UOP Technology). • team member Participating in the pre-commissioning/commissioning and startup activities of the whole plant. • Assured that all pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures are followed up by the operation team as detailed in both licensor/contractor instructions documents. • Participated in the start-up of the plant to reach the plant 100% capacity with "Barmag" team. • Follow up with the operations team that the startup procedure is fully achieved. • Monitor the performance of all equipment/valves and control loops during the startup phase and report any defeat. Project Name :EPC (Egyptian Petrochemical Company) • Spent 8 weeks on-site as part of the performance assessment team. • evaluated the efficiency of the process, possibilities for process revamp from 80,000 KTA to 100,000 KTA, and the ability of electricity integration between EPC and ETHEDCO Company. Project Name :E-Lab (Egyptian Linear Alkyl Benzene Company) • Spent 8 weeks on-site as part of the follow up team. • The team mission was to investigate and evaluate the latest progress in the plant’s expansion plan including storage tanks construction, prefractionation unit modifications, and new water treatment plant
