• Job Details:• Accounts Payable, includes processing invoices, following up with vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner, Oversee accounts payable , Vendor maintenance in (SAP ERP) • Follow-up and review of supplier invoices and recorded on (Sap ERP) and identify priority entitlements. • Review and process Invoices and check requests, Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries, Oversee accounts payable • Carries responsibility for tax deduction from suppliers, Carries responsibility for monthly payable tax settlement. • Analyze expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on monthly basis.

General AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:•Responsible for monitoring the documentary cycle for suppliers of cash and follow-up and monitoring of suppliers purchases. •Responsible for reviewing daily treasury accounts and the work of the sudden inventory and submit a detailed report to the president directly. •Follow-up and review of supplier invoices and recorded on (Sap ERP) and identify priority entitlements. •Review the application of (FI- module) in the sap system. •A member of the SAP Group at (Misr Foods Company). •Responsible For Accounting Cycle & Book Recording. •Control on the cash & Record the entry of it in cash book and the SAP ERP System. •Control on the Vendor & Record the entry of it in Vendors book. •Involved in providing ideas and help direct the president in making decisions that are consistent with the vision and the policy of the facility.
