• Job Details:• Will support the Commercial Sales team in the management of the corner program, emphasizing in-store visibility/merchandising and execution of opportunities with Key Trade accounts (Booths & Partners). • Supports V.P. of Sales in day-to-day management of Sur la Table, and Bloomingdale’s, driving corner sell-out, in-store POSM, marketing activities, and ROI • Managing Trade team including (two supervisors and around 20 promoters). • Responsible for Trade marketing/Category Management at Key Accounts (E-tronic / B-tech / virgin mega stores) benchmarking results of these activities and insuring effectiveness. • Provide frequent competitive analysis to sales team and management. • Act as a liaison between marketing and commercial departments of Nespresso Egypt. • Update sales planning tools quarterly, make suggestions for enhancements to V.P. Sales • Coordinate and schedule participation of Nespresso N.A. at major trade shows. • Insure branding guidelines met, set-up & breakdown executed within budget • Nespresso Trade Academy: Support successful rollout in utilizing International guidelines. • Oversee the Commercial Assistant assigning and insuring that key administrative tasks are completed and special projects are managed. • Understanding and preparing “key performance indicators “for the team and ensure that it meet the required performance.
