• Job Details:- Develop and execute comprehensive budget and campaign plans across multiple channels including Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. - Optimize budget allocation through meticulous pacing strategies for each channel. - Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness. Data Analysis and Optimization: - Collaborate with the product team to design and implement website events for robust marketing tracking. - Partner with Rev-Ops and Sales to analyze campaign performance in terms of MQLs, SQLs, and customer acquisition. - Define and implement marketing tracking structures within the database in conjunction with the data team. - Construct and maintain informative dashboards using Hubspot and Looker Studio to visualize campaign performance. - Assess lead quality through in-depth Hubspot reporting and analysis. - Develop attribution models in collaboration with RevOps and the Growth team to accurately measure marketing impact. - Work closely with the product team to optimize landing page performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
