Preparing journal entries for the deposit, cancellation, and withdrawal of checks from the bank. Preparing journal entries for the delivery of payment orders to suppliers. Preparing daily reports on check collections, customer deposits, issued checks, and external transfers, and presenting them to the financial manager. Monitoring bank account statements on a daily basis. Approving monthly bank reconciliations and matching bank accounts with company ledger accounts. Conducting periodic inventory of checks in the treasury on a quarterly basis.
