• Job Details:Description: - Sales manager. Responsibilities: - Leading the sales team to ensure the achievement of company objectives. - Acting as a link between the company and existing and potential markets. - Searching for new sales channels & opportunities. - Managing the sales of the area (for both key dealers & small/medium dealers) to maximize it to achieve and exceed our objectives. - Maintaining & developing relations with the existing dealers and creating relationships with new dealers by a regular visit through a suitable timetable. - Keeping an eye on collection procedure to ensure of meeting company standards. - Negotiation of target with existing & new dealers to meet with company goal. - Making sure of a continuous update in dealer’s showrooms in coordination with our marketing strategy. - Full knowledge of our customer’s business and requirements. - Continuous follow up of stock availability especially hot moving items. - Managing the over stock & slow-moving items by creating sales ideas in coordination with marketing department. - Continuous follow up of dealer's stock level to avoid shortage and over stock items in the same time and help them to enhance their sell out process. - Full awareness of our products and their technical specifications comparing with competitors. - Conducting the necessary training for our sales team. - Updating of dealers salesmen with products specifications.
