• Job Details:Project: Supervision & Project Management Consultant for ROSHN Al-Manar Makkah Phase 1 Infrastructure & Vertical Buildings Project, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. ROSHN Al-Manar Development Site: A multi-phases project with a total development area of 21.5 million m2 providing 44,200 residential unit with full infrastructure networks / utilities in landscaped neighborhoods with access to integrated modern public amenities. Al-Manar Phase 1 Project: Phase 1 is located over 2.52 million m2 providing 4800 residential unit. Job Description & Responsibilities: - Acting as a “Contracts/Commercial Manager” working on FIDIC forms of Contract for a top-tier client (ROSHN Group), dealing with the contractual/commercial matters/implications to a satisfactory resolve. - Manages large complex multiple project packages contracts and monitoring contractors’ compliance with contract’s documents. - Prepares contractual correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual matters. - Ensures all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained. - Reviews, assesses and administration, of claims, and contract’s variations. - Assists the program’s contracts and commercial team in contractual and commercial matters. - Liaises with the client’s contracts and commercial Manager/Director. - Reviews and communicate contractual and commercial reports to client. - Advises on contractual and commercial matters. - Manages commercial meetings. Job Description & Responsibilities: - Acted as a “Contracts Lead” working on FIDIC forms of contract for a top-tier client (ROSHN Group), dealing with the contractual and commercial matters and implications to a satisfactory resolve. - Managed large complex multiple project packages contracts and monitoring contractors’ compliance with contract’s documents. - Prepared contractual correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual matters. - Ensured all contractual procedures are implemented and maintained. - Reviewed, assessed and administration, of claims, and contract’s variations. - Assisted the program’s contracts team in contractual and commercial matters. - liaised with the client’s contracts and commercial director. - Reviewed and communicate contractual and commercial reports to client. - Advised on contractual matters. - Attended commercial meetings.
