• Job Details:I worked there as a Technical Department Architect & Projects Manager Assistant, where my job duties were: » Study and analyze tender documents. » Handel submittals & workshop drawings for each project. » Participate in site & office meeting with consultant & main contractors. » Prepare detailed manufacturing orders for factory “Aluminum dimensions, Cuttings, Color, Submitted accessories & Glass”. » Make Projects survey and Invoices. » Supervise on Subcontractors performance and make their Invoices. » Follow up Site problems and solve it positively. » Interviewing & Training new staff for the office. » Work as a site engineer in some situations. » Do some administrative works. » Make sub-contractors invoices » Make the company invoice for the project » Do as built drawings for the project
