  • Job Details:-Preparing the baseline schedule in coordination with the project and construction managers. -Try many method statements to estimate the resources and reach to the optimum duration for activities. -Advise and assist the sub-contractors in the development of the projects schedule of work. -Preparing the ManPower histograms, cash flow curves and progress status. -Work with Electro-Mechanical team to identify the critical activities from Civil work affect on the construction progress to avoid any delays. -Updating the construction schedule. -Preparing the weekly and monthly progress report for client and project team. -Identifying the causes of delay, if any, and the effect of delay on the schedule. - Attend project progress review meetings. - Preparing all the required records for the delay analysis (with co-operation with the contract administrator) that lead to make a slippage out of the project milestone. - Preparing the EOT Claims in coordination with the contract department.
