• Job Details:-Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees -Operating & supervising all operations in Yards & warehouses (Coiled Tubing - Well Testing - DFT). -Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. - Supervising all Material Men & Store Keepers. -Troubleshooting all operations related problems. -Responsible for receiving & sending materials and equipment from suppliers & to customers. ? Supervising the visual inspection (Packing & Re-packing) of all materials. -Handle the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies and responsible for preparing reports for materials and equipment Inventory & controlling inventory levels. -Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices -Arrange all logistic & transportation operations for materials and equipment. -Release all custom declarations for all material, equipment & tools. -Preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions for all warehouses and yards. - Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
