• Job Details:• Collaborate with civil technicians to gather project equipment and update maps, and drawings. • Prepare project documentation, shop drawings, design drawings, as-built, execution work programs, technical material submittals, and material requests for on-hand projects. • Develop cost estimates for planned projects to aid in costing and budget planning efforts. • Monitor execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications. • Provide technical and professional engineering support services in design and construction traffic. • Study the soil report and take random samples to confirm the bearing capacity of soil and execute the necessary surveys and soil tests (moisture content test, dry density of soil, specific gravity of soil, compaction test etc.). • Order and track delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors. • Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency. • Analysis of drawings for work preparation and construction planning. • Performance management of subcontractors • Arrange the Monthly Progress Reports.
