• Job Details:PMS Petroleum Marine Services (PMS 11 – Non dynamic pipe laying barge "Ship" ) - Maintain and monitor electrical power generating and distribution system. - Commissioning and operation of Pipe laying system and equipment. - Ensure all spare parts are available and prepare PO for missing ones. - Coordinate with other departments to keep flawless progression. - Troubleshoot Electromechanical malfunction including: • Anchor handlining Ridderinkhof & AMCON Winches. • Pipelaying TENSIONER, RECOVERY, PIPE Handling Systems. • Heavy Machinery Crane • Link-Belt crane • Air Compressors • HVAC Systems • Galley equipment • Rotary equipment. • Light current/Fire alarm • Interior/Exterior Lights

Installation and maintenance engineerFull Time

• Job Details:3M for Contracting and Trading (water lifting stations) - Prepare technical offer in-addition to both electrical and mechanical selection and calculation. - Ensure that the EPC Contractor’s erection activities are compliant with execution drawings and documents (erection methodology, method of statement) - Monitor sites` Electro-Mechanical supplying, erection, testing and commissioning. - Installation and fully commission pumps station according to governmental proposal. - Including and not limited to: • MV transformers • Pumps and motors • Diesel generators • Monorail Cranes • MDB – ATS panels • Water hammer system • Pumps operation panel (PLC) • Ventilation fans • Light current/Fire alarm • Interior/Exterior Lights

MEP , Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Perform general maintenance for the site including but not limited to: o Medium voltage switch gear 22KV. o 26 Step down transformers 22000/400. o Ring Main Units and Main Distribution Boards. o Secondary distribution substations (primary loops). o Streets lighting and control panels. o RO station and booster pumps lifting Stations. o Sewage treatment plant. o Potable water, irrigation water and sewage piping and plumping. o Swimming pools water quality, pumps and control panel. o Landscape lighting fixtures. - Responsible for fully operation of the site facilities (MEP). - Contribute to the company`s profitability and cost saving. - Insure that the preventive maintenance plans are accurate and professionally executed. - Reducing the maintenance costs with early fault detection to prevent equipment breakdown. - Acceptance testing and commissioning for all newly installed machinery. - Performance (RUN) testing for major repaired and overhauled machines. - Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns, emergencies or urgent issues if they arise. - Lead & guide a team of supervisors and Technicians in providing technical solutions. - Improve team performance, knowledge, awareness and safety and building team cohesiveness and cooperation to facilitate work.
