• Job Details: Management of International distribution center for L’Oreal Middle East.  Working with Marketing Supply Logistics to set client distribution targets (quality, lead times, transfer of information, etc.) and determines the needed resources to achieve goals.  Ensures prompt client deliveries in a cost-effective manner according to client expectations and in line with Group policy and best practices (SHE, cut-off, etc.).  Management of transportation plans with freight Forwarders.  Developing monthly plan for loading and unloading (Inbound and Outbound).  Managing the budget by implementing indicators and resources.  Managing all the documents of shipping and customer claims process .  Supervises and develops relations with logistic partners.  Optimize resources to meet objectives in terms of level of safety,service and costs.  Implement the EHS policy, insuring the compliance with the objectives of the Delivery Center especially in terms of Safety (ex: SHAP, SIO, etc...), quality and environmental impact.  Build dashboards and indicators in order to improve performance with team. Identify actions for improvement and best practices.  Recruiting, developing and managing team. Ensuring the transfer of expertise and know-how and implementing organizational changes.  Manage and coordinate the orders preparation activities.  Manage stocks by ensuring of its compliance and by optimizing the storage capacity .
